Patrick Dempsey -- Reconciliation Lookin' Good

Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian arrived back in L.A. Friday, and all signs point to reconciliation.

Jilian filed for divorce a year ago, but the divorce case has been stagnant and in recent months they've been together a lot ... most recently Tuesday at Marie Claire's Image Maker Awards.

Earlier this week Jilian wished Patrick a happy 50th on Instagram.
