Timmons' Two State Legal Woes

Jeff Timmons could be facing double the trouble.

The former 98 Degrees crooner, who was arrested April 23 in Florida for DUI and for driving with a suspended license, could face jail time in two states because of a prior DUI conviction in California. If he's convicted on all counts in Florida, Timmons could go to jail for as long as 15 months.

The Riverside County District Attorney's Office says it will wait until the Florida case is complete before they decide if they are going to move forward with charges Timmons violated his probation. If that happens, Timmons faces up to a year in county jail in California.
