Rock Could Be Rolling Into Pam's Beach
Fresh from multiple weddings and honeymoons, Kid Rock and his bride Pam Anderson have been on the prowl for a new spread in the exclusive community of Malibu. TMZ did some digging and sources tell us that Rock has been "looking," and has had his eye on two different properties. As for the rumors that Rock already purchased a home for Pam as a wedding present, TMZ sources tell us that's not true. He's still in the market for new digs.
The first property is a Mediterranean villa currently owned by actress Jane Seymour. The house features seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, screening room, large gym, family room with bath and a state of the art kitchen with fireplace. The master suite has a private balcony with 3000 sq. ft. wrap-around decks and there is a pool with a separate pool house and bar. The house also comes with a guest house with a separate driveway and entrance, horse trails, and a state of the art security set-up for cameras.
The house is on the market for $14.9 million.
Next, a very different New England farmhouse-style home on two acres at Point Dume. It features four bedrooms, four baths, an office, and a chef's kitchen with a desk. It also includes a guest house (that can also be a gym) with a half bath that sits over three car garage. This beach front property has a Private Riviera, beach access, pool, and a 1/2 basketball court.
This house is priced much lower, at $4.9 million.
As of today, both homes are still on the market. Sources tell TMZ, however, that Kid Rock could be making the move sooner rather than later.
