TMZ has obtained the first photos of Paris Hilton in handcuffs moments after her DUI bust early Thursday morning. 
Even after Paris' hands were locked firmly behind her back, one of the arresting officers continued to keep her arm in a tight grasp.

She has plenty of resources to avoid driving after drinking. Being handcuffed would lead me to believe she was under arrest. She most definitely has to money to pay a fine, she could fund an entire police force for that matter. Good for police that caught her. By the way, 0.08 is legally intoxicated, you can be convicted for public intoxication for that level, driving or not.

Driving w/ a .08 alcohol level is a DWI! Duhhhh? Yes driving "a little too fast," giggle-giggle, IS DANGEROUS! Maybe where you come from it's not, but here in the real world it is!
