"I'm not gonna comment on it because I really just want to put it in my past, go forward," Moakler told TMZ today at a promotional event in New York, "I'm here, I'm having such a good positive time. I put everything I needed to say in the police report and gonna let the proper authorities handle it."

The former Miss New York was on the Hudson River today where she delivered the first shipment of the new Smirnoff Twisted Arctic Berry from a floating "iceberg" full of dancers.

A sexy woman delivering an ice cold beverage who gets into it with Paris Hilton? Sounds like ideal girlfriend material to us.
