The famous gossipista Perez Hilton got into it last night with a paparazzo who accused the blogger of pilfering photos. 
The incident occurred outside an Xbox 360 party at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The photographer confronted Perez, accusing him of stealing photographs for his blog.
When the photog asked about a specific picture, Perez shot back, "Nobody contacted me to take it down, so shut the f*** up!"

I'm wwaiting for Perez baby to somehow blame this on Jennifer Aniston, or Manistan as he so affectionately calls her. I hope he gets nailed for this. I keep waiting for Aniston to sue him. Would make my day!

I just got hooked on Perez and TMZ. So I don't know alot about the backstory here. But the bottom line is this, tons of blogs do it. Perez is right about that. And not that it's then okay, but you are singling out one because he is successful. The guy makes buck. And he does it the same way as alot of others and the problem sounds like it's not what he is doing as much as it is that he is making $$ doing it and it's pissing you off!

PEREZ rocks, it's all in good fun - paparazzi photogs are the super agressive ones feeding the vicious cycle, hence getting the very pictures they took on blog websites like perezhilton, which is extremely hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! We love Perez!

There are a million blogs and message boards using unauthorized photos and whining at Perez isn't going to stop it. There's no way to stop it. Even if a magazine buys the rights to photo, someone will get the magazine and scan the photo onto the internet. It's wrong but just like illegally downloading music, it isn't going to stop.

Perez comes across to me of being big headed, arrogant, and carry's somewhat of a COCK...Y attitude.
With that being said, he could have handled, himself (UNDER THE VIEW OF A CAMERA FOR ALL TO SEE) a weeeeee bit more calm natured, and better mannered than he presented himself. He didn't have to use fork tongued profanity to prove his point!!!
