Why do girls always dress sluty for hollween?

She's a beautiful- girl--I wish I had the guts to wear that whenI was her age age and I had the body but was too shy. I do wish decorum and clever costumes were more the rage instead of T ans A and Hooters chicks but that is what sells to the powers that make them or break them (the starlettes) And the hollywood big wigss are not good looking by any means.

I'm not bashing or anything, I like Lindsay Lohan but what is this costume? People wear lingerie all the time for halloween, but I mean, at least throw some wings on to "justify" it lol. Apparantly halloween is the only day in a year a girl can get away with looking skanky, so fine but ... at least have a recognizable costume, lmao
