The judge in the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered Smith to complete all DNA testing no later than Jan. 23.
Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend who claims to be Dannielynn's father, went to court last fall to ask a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to order both Smith and her baby to undergo DNA testing.
Today Judge Robert Schnider set the Jan. 23 deadline. Under the terms of the order, Smith and Birkhead can each choose the lab of their choice. We're told Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri informed the judge that her lab -- based in the U.S. -- would send reps down to the Bahamas directly to Smith's front door. Opri tells TMZ "all she has to do is get out of bed, put on a 
robe and answer the front door."
Smith maintains her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is the father.

OHHHH YES !!! Finailly a deadline has been given. This is the best news I've heard this year ( ha ha.....no pun intended ) Now that baby will finially know who her Real Daddy is. Larry must be thrilled. Dannilynn is one step closer to being in a safe and loving enviorment. This is very good news.
It's about time! I went to the Bahamas two weekends ago, and the tour guide pointed out the house she was squatting in as well as Doctor's Hospital. It was interesting to see the actual sites that we read about online.

In my opinion, Svengali Howard Stern has her so much under his control, because he is sure she will get a nice chunk of $$$ from the Marshall estate and he'll be set for life. Why else does he not work anymore, and has her convinced he loves her and wants his name on the babies birth certificate.
I wonder what he's going to do WHEN Larry B is confirmed to be the babies father, and ANS doesn't get any $$$ from the Marshall family?
I sincerely hope Larry B gets custody of the baby, so she can have at least a chance at a normal life rather than being raised by two narcissistic, selfish, lying people - a dumba$$ , illiterate mother and a conniving, deceitful 'father'.
