Britney had to have been tired after all that buildup to celebrate. I tend to go to sleep 2 to 3 hours after the New Year begins. I don't think she was drunk. She must have met a lot of people in Las Vegas. Also, she's a mom, so keeping up with those two boys has to be taxing.
