19. Only in the USA do people have hangups about breasts. All over Europe and most other sophisticated places people go topless all the time on beaches and no one could care less. And from what I'm reading Arianna, no one who's posted seems to have a problem with breasts, they just have a problem with the fact that Kate appears to be missing hers.
