Pooped Donald Calls Babwa a "Puppet"

Like a fighter worn down by too many rounds in the ring, Donald Trump limply swatted back at Rosie and Babwa after their attack on him this morning.

In a statement, Trump again assailed Walters' truthiness, saying she "lied with Star Jones and now she has chosen to lie again." He also dubbed her a "sad figurehead dominated by a third-rate comedian." Moreover, Trump provided this brief review of this morning's "The View": "It was sad to see Barbara read her statement off a cue card. Rosie just pushed her out like a ("pathetic") puppet."

Trump also gave a dull spin to the ratings for "The Apprentice's" Sunday debut, saying that it was "#1 from 10:30 to 11:00 in all of television." (It finished a distant third in the ratings for its full 10 pm to 11 pm timeslot.)

On her blog at rosie.com, O'Donnell posted a picture of herself and boss Walters (oddly, however, looking in different directions) and topped TMZ's analysis of her and Trump's ratings with the title, "Loving BW," an apparent reference to Barbara Walters.

49. To #3, you must be reading my mind!! Your comments are right on and I fully agree! Rosie AND Trump are both out of control and Barbara should never have dignified either side with a response. All three have shown that money just gives people the ego to act like an ass!

50. Mr. Trump actually did Rosie and Barbara Walters and we, the public, a huge FAVOR, IMO. We all find out FOR SURE what a liar and hypocrite Barbara is and do not have to waste our precious time watching her specials and Rosie can think up a good reason for getting out of her contract or quitting "The View" before she literally goes ballistic or gets fired.
Barbara does not have to make herself look any worse than she already has by firing Rosie.
Donald Trump has proved he is a man of his word and put it in writing. He is a man of conviction.

53. It's sad to see Barbara Walters continue to sell her soul and show how sad she is. Does anyone ever talk to her anymore? Her career is basically showing up and stumbling through a morning of inane chit-chat. And now she's alienated one of the last human beings who had a good word to say about her. Rosie? She's no one's friend--she's clearly mentally ill. It's just good to see her sickness infect a show that's declined ever since the "dreaded" Star Jones left.

Really Meredith Vieira and Star Jones have turned out to be the luckiest people ever...

58. Rosie is very funny and brightens the show. She has great presence. Barbara Walters is a beautiful lady and I respect her very much. Mr. Donald is a kind warm hearted man. This is their fight. Let them do it their way. I think it's fun and takes away from the pressures of the outside world of evil. Someone is always downing someone. Look at QUEEN BLACKWELL today. His/her list came out today about the worst women celebrity dressers. He has a poor soul and gets off downing rich gorgeous women who have looks, charm, talent, good hearts and a huge bank account. 59. The "View" is an insult to the intelligence of the Public. Does anyone believe that Rosie is sagacious apart from comedic Slap stick? Does anyone believe that the others on the panel have any wisdom to impart to the world?
This show feeds intellectual "pablem(baby food)" to the public designed to put all minds to sleep.
Make the four "View" panelists contestents on a revival of the "Gong" show, so the public can collectively yank them off the TV air waves.
