oh tmz writers, why are you making such a huge fuss out of this? because she's a celebrity? of course! the fact of the matter is, A LOT of noncelebrities will be on their phones at gas stations day in and day out. the chance of something dangerous happening are slim to none and more of a freak incident than a common occurance. after all, mythbusters debunked it. and don't you think you should look into this more before you make a huge deal about it? other celebrities do it all the time, and it isn't the first time that she has done it either. just a few months back she had, and then in the summer of 05 she was on her phone again. is there nothing else to report on with her so you try to make her look bad with this?

Why is this skeletal moron still permitted to drive after her 'wrong way' freeway fiasco? Her driver's license should have at least been temporarily suspended, pending formal charges being filed against her in connection with that incident. She is both a danger + menace to public safety on L.A. streets, particularly its freeways. Law enforcement really needs to get this bitch off of the roads!

I DRIVE ON THE 134 FREEWAY IN LOS ANGELES QUITE FREQUENTLY AND THAT'S WHY I FEEL SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON PUBLIC ROADS UNTIL SHE HAS PROVEN SHE IS ABSOLUTELY FREE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS AND UNTIL SHE HAS ATONED FOR HER SELFISH BEHAVIOR BY WORKING A COUPLE OF HUNDRED HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND A HEFTY FINE...AT LEAST AS MUCH AS HER BOOTS COST!
