41. Most of you people need to get over yourselfs. If she wants to wear fur it's her choice, just like some of you choose not to. She looks happy with her self & her look & thats what matters.

I think PETA people that try to push their feelings on people should hush. How would you like it if someone said "you better eat meat or wear leather because thats what we want!". I dont want animals to be abused but not all animals are being put through hell for the coat or a meal. I think as long as the animal is killed in a way as painless as posible it's ok, but not [just to kill]one for the sake of it.

The lady has well earned the right to wear fur, real or fake, be a Diva (the word was created to define her), behave eccentrically, or be a Bitch. Do you even know who Diana Ross is and the impact that she has had on American music? Do you know about the Motown sound and how performers like Diana Ross and the Supremes, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, created a distinctly American sound that helped make us the world leader in music and is emulated by multitudes of musicians from other countries even today? Have you seen her films "Lady Sings The Blues" or "Mahogany" that literally changed cultural perception and caused cultural evolution. We wouldn't understand Heroin addiction without "Lady Sings The Blues" and her portrayal of Billy Holiday. Models like Iman, Beverly Johnson, Naomi Campbell, Alec Wek, and Tyra Banks would never have gotten a chance to strut the catwalk without her portrayal of a fashion model in "Mahogany". Shame on you for trashing an American Icon in your ignorance. Anyone who has ever seen Miss Ross perform (I have twice) and can sing "Reach out and touch somebody's hand. Make this world a better place..." can attest that this woman is a consummate performer who absolutely gives you your money's worth for the ticket, and that she is one of the most positive influences in America today.
