Report: Howard K. Stern Executor of Anna's Will

61. My friend went to school with Stern, and says even back then he was a total psycho creep outcast filled with contempt, who made everyone's skin crawl -- you know, a sociopath who wouldn't blink an eye before doing something to someone. So imagine his shock when he saw Stern show up as ANS's lawyer on her reality show! Then, after hearing about her son's death and now hers, he is absolutely convinced that Stern had something to do with both. We do know that he was with them both when they died, and he was the one who gave the methadone to Daniel. Now they find all those prescription pills -- including methadone! -- in Stern's name in ANS's hotel room. It's a no brainer!!

Well, Fox News should know what that tastes like at least. They do it every day, then attempt to push it down the throats of everyone else.

Impeccable expert witness there, though terrible coverage of a "it coulda been" instead of what is going on.

Let's go over some witnesses instead cause I'm old fashioned and work on a case like that.

[1] Witness of family testimony: If Stern was really isolating Anna Nicole (according to REAL witnesses of her family)--and possibly drugging her up to kill her--that seems plausible. An autoposy would have to be done. You know to get old fashioned evidence.

[2] Another witness: After all, for this intentional drugging, another witness mentioned in a CNN/People article said that Stern was physically leading Anna into the hotel, already weaving back and forth...

[3] Another WITNESS said that there was already some strange unidentified "nurse" (their word) that was there--somehow before the ambulance was there. Who was this "nurse"? Where did he/she go? It's important to find the name, because she was right there and possibly involved in a potential murder.

You know, old fashioned stuff. Witnesses. That's how you get criminals. Murder will out, despite how many attack poodles above wet themselves. (Though with a corrupt court, who knows...)

I hope the little daughter lives...as far away from that ghoul Stern.

63. I think someone should quickly do something very seriously before something happens to Anna's baby daughter. That Howard Stern needs to be look into. Think about it. The son that is the beneficiary to all her money died and not even up to a month He(Howard Stern) made Anna that is still grieving his son married him. Bingo, next step, Anna died suddenly and now he Howard Stern being the husband and according to Anna the baby father is entitled to all her money. (SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE ABOUT HOWARD STERN) WITH ALL THIS DEATH HAPPENING WITHIN MONTHS TO EACH OTHER. I hope they do not give his the custody of the poor baby. My main concern now is for the media to put pressure on the authority to investigate this Low life no good guy called Howard Stern. He called himself a lawyer without practicing. I will be glad if they can look deeply into this incident and really do a very comprehensive investigation on Howard Stern. Also they should put all Anna Nicole Smith money if she has any on Trust Fund for the baby.

64. Here's a thought....Has anyone wondered if Howard K. Stern was really a mole for J. Howard Marshall's son who couldn't bear to lose any of daddy's money? Having a mole named executor of her will sure would be one way to get any money awarded right back into your pockets.

It just seems to me like a lot of strings are being pulled to keep Mr. Stern from being considered a suspect. and from being forced to settle any paternity issues.

65. One can be an heir as well as executor of the estate.
This woman could never seeming have had it all.
She was dealt a harsh hand. I watched her mother, so cold on GMA. I listened to her sister talk with Geraldo?...she was frigid. These people have probably never had it easy.
She had no father...so she sought out the protective old man
(also: he's loaded) and he probably genuinely cared for her...in every sense of the word. I believe she probably did genuinely love him and loved him more for being filthy rich. Who knows what their time together was like? She was stripping and he probably said "come to my palace, clean up..." He saw something in her for sure. He was an keen business man, he couldn't have been crazy enough to solely grant her the estate if his family was just gleaming!. And she most likely sought refuge, solace and love from him.
GLASS HALF FULL PEOPLE!
It was apparent that she ADORED her son. And he was on antidepressants b/c of the legacy she was preparing for him...and that legacy was bestowed upon her. Her family seems just cutting and cruel.
She clearly had a substance abuse problem that she would not, and probably could not, rid herself of. She had some near unsurmountable issues. Constant law suits. The stress, the drugs, the lawyer!!!!! And what about the assistant from her E Show??? What is her status?
Howard...she was probably his 1st gig outta college. What a rat.
He is obsessed with her. He is obsessed with her money. He strikes me as very shady. I will not be surprised if he is not in some way liable for this. He's very sneaky looking...he's probably a rat mutation. He def. is pyscho...sociopath.
He looks OFF in that photograph after she gave birth to that precious baby.
My every prayer is with that little tiny life.
Imagine what is in store for her.
Is she destined to break this chain?
I sincerely hope so.
It seems to me that Anna Nicole was a gorgeous, albeit flighty, but genuine sweet girl searching for love, wishing she had had a Daddy. She loved her son. Maybe she wasn't always appropriate in front of him...but she feel prey to drugs. And a crazy man (STERN)
I imagine that was hard for her family. To see her like that..but they seem like they could drive one to drink! This girl had way too much pressure from every angle. Money did not do anything but hurt her.
I hope that money helps this little girl. I hope that her father turns out to be someone other than Stern for sure.
The photographer seems OK. Who knows?
But we have to pull for this baby.
Two lives have been lost.

66. oh for heaven's sake so called columbo, read the stories right. the so called secret nurse was the wife of the bodyguard, thathas been in print and she did not disappear, the police interviewed her. and where did you get that the "methadone" was in stern's name, there was no mention of methadone with ANS, her son had methadone in his sytem.granted we do not no who the father of her baby is but I believe with DNA test that will come out. whether it be stern or birkhead, not the Asshole gabor is married to.And there was written that there were prescription meds in her room, but not the names of those meds or who they where written for.

68. Why is it that the news and many of those who listen to the news have to attack a person when they are suffering? Why dont we all worry about what is happening in our world than, delving into the private life of a beautiful woman, baby and the man she felt closest too...Howard if you ever read this please know that there are some of us in this world who are sad for your loss and your pain. We are sad for a beautiful baby girl who no longer has a mother to love her and raise her. Obviously Anna's mother was worthless and nothing more than "white trailer trash". I dont blame Anna for separating herself and her family from those who sot no more than to attack and belittle her. I pray for her soul, the soul of her son and for the life of her beautiful baby girl and Howard. God Bless them all....

70. I smell a rat and it stinks to high heaven! I DO NOT believe ANS's son "accidently" died after complaining of a "stomach ache" and 5 months later ANS has died after complaining of "flu-like systems" before she died yesterday. The very best pathologists should be brought in to find out if there is something that was given to mother and son that is not detectible through an autopsy. This is WAY too wierd. Someone PLEASE do something to prove these two were murdered - no way the public is going to accept both died of a mixture of "drugs". I'm in my 50's - take a combination of medications which includes a muscle relaxer, a pain killer, anti-anxiety medication and an antidepressent and occasionally I have to go the the emergency room for a pain shot because my neck/back lock up on me and I've never overdosed. The prescription drugs that were supposedly found in Daniel's system were not that many and he was so young. As for Anna Nicole, yes, I believe she was extremely depressed after losing her son but there are so many unanswered questions: where was Howard when she died and how long had he been gone? What was she doing in Florida - she obviously was sick? How long had she been sick and why did she have a "private nurse" with her? If she was sick enough to need a "private nurse" why wasn't she in the hospital or why hadn't Howard taken her to the emergency room for treatment? Where was the "private nurse" and what was she doing while Anna Nicole was dying? Who were the last people Anna Nicole spoke with before she died and what did she tell them? I will never believe this is a "coincidence" - mother and son die within 5 months of each other under "mysterious" circumstances. The paternity test should have been done asap to find out who the real father is. This and the money she would have inherited are the real reasons Daniel and his mother are dead. Everyone needs to stop believing they both died from drug overdoses - that's exactly what the "murderer" wants the public to think so he can get away with what he's done. Yes, she was wacky and came across as a bimbo but she was a valuable human being and a mother who deeply loved her son and was looking forward to raising a beautiful little girl. He was a healthy young man who had his whole life ahead of him - a straight A student who was shy and sensitive and loved his mother very much. The rest of what we saw was for show/publicity. As for the baby girl, I believe her life is in danger and she should be given to ANS's mother until paternity has been proven as to who her father is. I'm willing to bet the father is not Howard. ANS's mother and sisters should continue to fight for the inheritance that Anna Nicole has been fighting for 12 years for the sake of that little girl. She will grow up without her mother and brother - I feel sorry for her already.

71. Hey! Stern also killed Jon Bennet......on a grassy knoll! He was also hired by Charles to run Di's Mercedes off the road.

This is so ridiculous!. He may be guilty of something which would justify the slander, but just in case he is not, (which also may very well be the case)....people shouldn't make the devastation he could POSSIBLY be going through worse for him with the dime store conspiracy theories. Same goes for Birkhead and her family too.

I say this because I have had first hand experience in having a significant other commit suicide and having to deal with the overwhelming grief. The finger pointing and blaming that comes with it only make an already intolerable experience absolutely excruciating.

I hope none of them agree to an interview with Nancy Grace anytime soon.

By the way, when we do investigations in my department, we concentrate on actual evidence and not speculation, media leaks, or "crazy eyes".

75. The Nurse was just on ABC . Also her (ANNAs) doctor . They all looked coached . The nurse mentioned " icing " her (ANNA) down . ABC in , Headlight frozen jurnalism , missed a beat when they had no one really check and do some diging . I have never heard on the modern pratice of icing someone down unless they were goin through some withdrawl . And then it is not acceptable as it can lead to heart failure or stroke . The modern pratice of fluids with IV and rest is what is used nowadays . Very Strange . Beside that the rest of the show was nothing . (20/20) very little new and a sorta , your a crazy if you believe anyhting else othe r that what we want you to know -- so pre-internet . Oh , and by the way Marilyn did not die of a self-induced drug overdose . No traces of the drug that killed her where found in her stomach or upper intestine ( FBI files , check it out!) but massive amounts were found in her lower intestine . She probably got knocked out and some one could'nt get the pills in her mouth . Howards a killer .
