TMZ has obtained the will of Anna Nicole Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall. The will is dated July 30, 2001 and was drafted prior to Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.
The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor.
There were two witnesses to the will's signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant.

the poor girl has been dead 8 days. you have her dna, you have her will. she loved her son so deeply and couldn't seem to cope with his death.she never got to tell him goodbye, i'm sorry but she didn't care for her whole family and from what i've seen i can see why! she would have wanted to be buried beside her son. mother, go back to the trailer in texas and let her be buried in peace.she's at peace now and may god rest her soul! amen

You can tell just by the comments her attorney made that Virgie is out for a piece of the pie.. Everyone who knew her is trying to get a whack at the pinata except possibly Kim. The girl has to be given props for NOT coming out of the woodwork to blab, she's probably the only one actually grieving the loss of Anna. Other than wanting to prove paternity, which he was trying to do aftr HKS ran him off but before Anna died, Larry Birkhead is also laying low, leading me to believe he also actually cared about Anna. After all, in their 2 year relationship, how often did he try to get his face in the paper? Now, in the last 2 years, how many times did we see Howard the Coward in the news? He was like a leech she just couldn't pour enough salt on! I'd love to see him disallowed as executor. Meanwhile, get her in the ground already - the plot she bought next to her beloved son is open and waiting....

I'm a little confused, are we waiting for DNA from Dannielynn to be submitted to conduct the paternity test? They have Anna's and Larry's, so that test could and should have been done by now, all they would need is the baby's to prove or disprove paternity in that particular case. After watching Larry King, and hearing the Attorney there saying HKS probably won't show Tuesday because he'll be forced to submit DNA to establish his paternity and will want to avoid that, I'm wondering who's DNA are they talking about? The courts don't need HKS DNA to determine if Larry's the father. Can someone clarify this for me?

I watched Larry King LIve tonight too. Wow...what mess. I think a lot of professionals agree Howard K Stern is not the father.
If he was the father he would be forthright and say " ok enough is enough, do the test, this is my daughter and I dont want to hear another word. He won't, he knows.
Also, on Larry King it was mentioned that it is a conflict of interest to have been ANS lawyer and lover. And cant weasel out of that by denying he was her lover ( even though I dont believe he ever was ). How can he deny being her lover if he is the supposed father of the baby? So they have him on that.
There was talk that he may not show. He knows he will be asked to submit to a DNA test so what is worth more to him? Hide out in the Bahamas and play cat and mouse for years with poor baby Dannilynne or come to Florida in hopes of getting the body? Tuesday will be interesting.

Howard K Stern was threatened by Birkhead. Birkhead wanted to prove paternity long before Daniel died or the baby was born.
The ONLY reason ANS publically claimed Stern was the daddy was to ensure Larry Birkhead was discreditited as the father because they were scared it would come out about ANS's drug addiction.
ANS and Howard K Stern fled to the Bahamas for the sole reason of protecting their secrets such as the drugs and the paternity. ANS was sweet, but dont let that fool you, she was just as shrewd and cunning as Howard.

Why would't she want Birkhead to be the dad....Hey everyone knew she was on drugs we've all seen her on tv for months and months...she chose her baby's father....look at birkhead's poses in pictures they show..he's a player if i've ever seen one..sure doesn,t look like a dad to me...and with him and virgie in the same corner....God help that precious baby

Why would HKS not think to revise Anna's will so that "HIS BABY" would be included? Was the will actually drawn up in 2001? Or was it drawn up as soon as HKS discovered Anna was pregnant but not with his child? Why would a young woman draw up a will omitting any other children? I know Anna was grief stricken over her son, but that should have made her want to include her daughter even more. Anna loved Daniel and i know she loved Dannielynn. I believe in my heart of hearts that howard stern wrote that will and it probably wasn't in 2001.

How about honoring Anna Nicole's wishes? With her beloved Daniel's decease, the courts, without a doubt, will rule acccordingly and secure Dannielynn's interest. What were Anna's wishes prior to her passing? Sadly, it is obvious that her birth mother has not even remotely been part of her life plan for fifteen years or more. Anna Nicole was a complex woman, living a chaotic celebrity life. She was however, a whole woman, an adult person making her way. And even with her tragic experiences, she was "driving" her future. Can we just respect Anna Nicole for that, a little tolerance for the human condition?
