61. It is VERY CLEAR that Howard Stern was NOT named as a beneficiary in this will --- this is unambigous. read up on the legal commentary. As executor his role is to make sure that the specific items in the will are carried out. He does NOT have free reign to allocate her money however he pleases --- even more so as he is not even a beneficiary. It is very logical that HKS would have been appointed the executor. he was her attorney. I'm very confused as to how this indicates to a few of you that he "planned" all of this so he could get all of her money. Seems it doesn't matter what happens --- this goes to show you have already predetermined how you want to read into this, regardless of what the actual facts show. Even if HKS were to relinquish full custody of the baby to Larry Birkhead and and entirely give up his role as executor you would still claim he was out to get her money. Shame on all of you.

And shame on TMZ for not including the fact that he is not a benficiary in their article. All of the other (credible) news cites boldly highlight this key point. They have been leaving out very key pieces of information regularly in these stories. Ya ever think that maybe THEY are the ones the sleazebags who are out for the money? TMZ is construing this stituation to make for a more sensatiuonal story and you are all suckers.

63. No mother..knowingly would write and sign a will to exclude any and all future blood children not born or conceived. This is clearly the fraudulent creative writing of Stern. Having done my own will as single adult, no woman would ever make this stipulation so bluntly to cut out future children. So what happens when Larry if found to be the Daddy ?
Hopefully it will be hard to spend the money in prision.
Was this will ever filed with any courts.

64. Well how dumb is this. She excluded all future children from her will. With her son being named to get her estate and now he's dead. How sick does this make you??? This little girl is totally left out w/Stern as the trustee and or executor. I hope Vergie is right when she says it never was filed. God I pray. In response to #14: That is the same thing I've asked my husband time in and time out; where is Kimmie, the girl with the purple/pink hair that was on her reality show. My husband thinks she has been paid to keep her mouth shut.

In response to #4: You just may get your wish - no blood of hers will see a dime, hey but Stern will. Guess that's what you think is fair and honerable, huh? How can any woman disclaim any future child that you might have, OH MY GOD. How pathetic. We, the public, cared more about her and her bloodline than she did.

66. Yes, Kristen, READ the will, particularly the articles of disinheritance. She SPECIFICALLY and INTENTIONALLY (legal terms) does not provide for furture children or spouses. Dannielynn is NOT provided for, under the terms of this will.

67. This will is absolutely written to benefit HOWARD STERN.

1. Howard is much more than the executor. He is the SOLE TRUSTEE of the ESTATE, which doesn't fully end up in Danny's hands until he would have turned 35.
2. If Danny attempted to contest any part of the will or trust, he is DISINTERITED. Meaning if Danny questions any of Howards actions, he loses everything.

I'm not a lawyer but these provisions seem very suspect. Bottom line, HOWARD gets the MONEY!!!

#9 What do you mean you think it is strange that she didn't update her will? I am impressed that she had one in the first place. How many thirty-something year old people "really" have a legal document like that in place? NOT MANY!!!!! Give her some credit for thinking ahead atleast. Plus, how was she supposed to consider that after the birth of her daughter....she was so consumed with grief after the death of her husband, I am suprised she remembered to brush her own hair...GET REAL!!!!!!

I wished that people would use more common sense when discussing this tragedy. Anna Nicole was a real person....

69. I would like to know if Howard K. Stern wrote the will. how convient every one is gone. How perfect it written that old a Howie gets it all "i have intentionally omited spouses and heirs including future spouses and children"

70. An Executor get a percentage of the estate in question for carrying out their duties. How much, I don't know. It's usually 10 percent. Howard will get some of the money! He made sure to cash in! What is 10 percent of the millions the baby stands to get from the Marshall estate?

Guaranteed Howard would have had that Will changed when they married! That's what he was waiting on!

71. susannah, the argument there is that anna really didn't have a choice but to bury daniel in the bahamas, whether that was her wish or not since she really couldn't leave the bahamas without coming back here and be forced to take paternity. besides, the 4 plots she bought were paid for by howard k stern, that doesnt show her intent.

72. This will, like everything else in this case, is smelling to the high stars. Not provide for her newborn ? Give me a break! Is everybody insane except the legal eagles? The fiancee is not included? But, fiancees can be left at the altar on wedding day. Intent means nothing.

73. Maybe people will quit treating Dannielynn as paycheck now . It could be 50 years before Dannielynn would ever see a dime. This could be the best thing that happend to the baby. But I bet there is another will out there or something.

74. It says over and over in that Will that no one else gets any of her estate. It even says no future husband or child or anyone that is or becomes her heir. Does that mean her little girl is excluded?

It reads that she knowingly and purposely excludes any future children?

75. they just said on court tv that the law states even if she is american andhas a will here, she is residing in the bahamas so they may have to probate her will there. i wish they would just do the damn paternity because i feel like that would change the outcome of a lot of things if the link to him was broken. why dopesn't the judge place any importance on that?
btw, does christa make any of you want to slap her as she makes me? she needs to shut the fuck up, and her hands never stop moving!!!!
