In a stunning development in court, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge that the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating faster than normal, according to people who did the embalming on Saturday. As such, the body needs to be examined this week, rather than within the two weeks that had been stipulated before.

Must be all that plastic, or could be all the drugs in her body.
'Sitting on the stand, Howard K. Stern started to sob loudly when he heard the news.'
Did I miss something? I didn't hear any sobs...
Eew. She's rotting!
I would have thought with all that silicone she would be non-biodegradable.
Eew!

Well, they could cremate her and divide the ashes since that is what she did with her late husband who was according to Stern "the love of her life"
By the way where are Marshalls ashes Now?
#2 lala...same here. I'm watching it live on Court TV. I saw nothing like this with Howard in the courtroom. Are we getting delayed courtroom actions?
JUST BURY THE WOMAN NEXT TO HER SON. DAMN.................. IT'S NOT EVEN ABOUT HER ANYMORE, ITS ABOUT THE BABY.
Bury her in the Bahamas like she wanted too. I HATE THE MOTHER SO MUCH, I WOULD SPIT IN HER FACE.
I have attended many live trial, and I notice that reports often include weeping and reactions that never happened inside the courtroom. I saw no sobbing either, but it does make a better soap opera eh?
How sad.
But I'm with everyone else. I didn't see or hear Howard sobbing. Not only that, unless he's doing the "let's attempt to shed crocodile tears" again, I didn't even see wet eyes. How could he be sobbing?
Unreal. Just cremate her and bury half in the Bahamas and half in Texas. As a mother I would want to be buried with my kid.
Leah, I am on HNN.. im pretty sure he wasnt "loudly sobbing"...
