Med. Examiner: Anna Deteriorating Faster Than Usual

In a stunning development in court, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge that the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating faster than normal, according to people who did the embalming on Saturday. As such, the body needs to be examined this week, rather than within the two weeks that had been stipulated before.

Sitting on the stand, Howard K. Stern started to sob loudly when he heard the news.

14. This judge is just KILLING ME! Shut up already and get to the point!!! After that video of Anna personally making her wishes known, bury her in the Bahamas!

OR,

Do like they did in the bible and offer to split her down the middle and give each of them a half....but get on with it already!!!! If that mother had any sense she would just leave it alone, let Howard have the body and then go after him.

I did JUST KNOW, they were going to serve him at the court!! SMOOTH MOVE!!!
