Salon Owner Says Brit's Stunt Was for Publicity

Did anyone notice that in the interview Ryan was pushing for the answers he thinks everyone wants to hear not neccesarily the truth. Maybe she did do it for publicity, maybe it was a cry out for help, maybe she did it because she damn well wanted to. What ever the reason she has done it now. She may not be the best person in the world but she sure isnt the worst either. I say go girl, get the help you need and deep down you want and come back and show everyone what you are made of.

I think that Britney needs to grow up and becomes a woman already! She needs to realize that she has two little lives that depend on her! She's a mother now, a responsibility that she's taken very lightly. She only appeared to be a good mother when she had the *@!% by her side (kevin) and now that she lost it, she abandoned her kids on the way! Sometimes it seems like she really wants to lose her kids! Woman up Britney, your life is not that terrible!!!!!!!!!

I find it funny how she did her interview crying and saying for the media to back off and give her privacy when they were accusing her of being a bad mother and now she's doing anything to get back in it.

I never did like her or her music and this looks good on her. I feel bad for her kids to have two useless parents.

I don't care much for her myself - horrible role model for anyone, but I can't help but think this girl is in serious trouble. Did she do it for publicity... I don't think so. I think this is a simple case of rebellion getting out of control. Her parents have controlled her life for far too long. I'm sure K-Fed was the big start of her rebellion against her parents, and now she's in so deep she can't get out - so she just keeps falling deeper. I hope suicide is not the next step for her... it's a very absolute solution to a series of temporary problems. The biggest victims right now are her children - let's hope someone can add some sort of stability to their lives!

I think Britney is trying to cleanse herself of toxic stuff that has gone on lately. I think maybe she is confused as which way to go. But I have faith she'll come out on top! I'm rooting for ya Brit!

How DARE this Shop Owner take Britneys hair and put it up for Aution with a MINIMUM bid of a MILLION!? She says she will donate a "portion" of the proceeds to Charity .... what? $100.00?? Who the hell does she think she is? Here we go once again - somebody trying to make a buck off of the poor girl. Britney Spears is weak. People are saying that she is exerting her independence and becoming her own woman. Come on! She is not that deep! All of this is because she listened to the people that told her that Federline was bad for her and she dumped him. She regrets that move. So, all of this is over a man. Real simple. I also agree with the posters who recognize how needy she is and how badly she wants attention. I find it absurd that some think she may be suffering from post partum depression... She's never around her kids! Even if she is she has had a string of nanny's to help her. I also found it funny that she fired one of her nannies for dropping the oldest when she's done far worse. People bagged on Shar Jackson for no good reason when it was Britney who was wooing Federline. We haven't seen her fall apart - and she was pregnant when he left her! Payback is a mother! Right!! Now some blind people want to feel sorry for Britney and what's she going through - all of which is her own doing - might I add! She's in and out of rehab - why can't she just sit her raggedy behind down and just chill. Because she's greedy. She was supposedly this ambitious, career-driven performer. But, apparently the only thing she has ever been any good at is sucking in weak-minded individuals as lame as she is. She is not a girl, not yet a woman - right! Also, not a mother or a decent role model. I feel so bad for her children. They will never be able to live this crap down! Even without the pictures and the blogs - she is not stable. She has no talents, no common sense, no education, no class, no religion, no man, no pedigree, no sense of style, no self esteem, no real friends, no looks, not even a clue. She is all manufactured. She represents all that is wrong with current pop culture - utter FAKEness has taken over!!! Real talent falls by the wayside and is underappreciated. If you bought into that how can you even hold your head up. If some cockeyed people like the way she looks - that shows their bad taste. She should have just been some sort of pin-up girl for them. Her singing was a waste! The media crams her down our throats like she's all that. Please - when she walked stage during the teen choice awards I wanted to throw up. Her boobs were all over the place and she was pregnant - she has zero shame. And even less self-esteem. Cheap drunk - throwing up all over the place. Can't keep a man. She herself is a wannabe - can anybody name how many dance moves, song titles, etc she's ripped off. If you don't believe me watch some of Janet's earlier videos... The truth is the light! Anyone else think that the Rotem guy set Federline up with those terrible rap lyrics? I do - because the next thing you know he is in Brit's face and she's falling for his "rap". People talking about she and Justin getting back together - but, do they not recall that she cheated on him. Hmm, was that around the time she came out with "Not That Innocent"? I don't know, but, she told on herself. It's not cute, she is just trashy and I don't know anyone who is more gross than she apparently is. She's just being herself!

Why am I posting this? Because I can!

Also, it was never Britney's idea to auction the hair for charity. She left it on the salon floor and they don't have her on record as that being her attention. It was the salon that suggested the charity.

That's what people do with celebrity crap... they sell it or auction it off. It's not like it's sacred or anything. If Britney is so wonderful, why didn't she come up with the idea herself? Speaking of which, when is the last time Britney was in the news for anything worth talking about? I think its a great idea - no matter how much money the salon owner keeps for herself. Some Britney lover will surely want to buy that mess - so they're the one that's an idiot. Where was all this noise when Federline shaved his head first? Remember, the salon owner didn't even want to cut Britney's hair. If Britney doesn't care about it, why should she?

Do we not also recall the many lawsuits Britney has instigated herself - trying to sue publisher's, etc - for what? She already has shown she doesn't mind airing her dirty laundry. No, she's just greedy!

Oh, and in what sense of the word is Britney "poor"? Besides her mothering skills.

I'm reading that she feels betrayed by the men in her life:

Justin - on whom she cheated
Federline - she dumped him; after first wooing him away from his pregnant girlfriendl. She's just distraught that he was able to move on with apparent ease.
Isaac - what do you expect when you pimp a brother out like she did with him - spending 40k on a man you just met, shopping sprees, "changing" her "religion". Did she expect true love? Loyalty and devotion?

We could go on.

So many people here defending her stank behavior. But, to be honest we don't really know her do we (only what we see)? But, the people that actually do know her are not sticking up for - even with all her money - what does that say about her true character. If they really cared, someone would have stepped in on the kids' behalf long ago.

Kevin should get the kids:
- She gives free peep shows - nasty!
- She sleeps with anything and anybody - that's not dating - that's bed hopping
- He was a back-up dancer and she knew his level of talent when she proposed to him. But, now people want to blame him for their failed marriage. Even if his rap career wasn't successfull, he was trying and working - not just sitting around. She pulled the plug again on her 2nd marriage.
- He's shown that he cares about his kids by Shar - he has them in her life. I bet we saw more pics of Brit with Shar's kids than we see of Brit with her own kids.
- He never had to go to rehab - she's the drunk
- She refuses to even give the appearance of trying to get herself together
- She's frequently endangered her kids
- She limits Kevins' visitation, like he's a bad father, but, she's the one in the streets all the time. Why fight for full custody when you don't want to be home yourself? How is a nanny better then the real dad being there? Oh, I forgot, it's really about the money. She doesn't want Kevin to get it. But, she dumped him - she should have seen that coming. It's the American Celebrity way.
- She's dirty
- She has obvious mental health issues
- He may not be a rapster, but, he knows how to get paid.

of course it was for publicity...since when have we seen anything that even remotely resembles talent from brittney spears lately? it's shock value.

and if for some reason she really is cracking and having some nervous break down, the girls got enough money to go to some other lavish rehab...again...and if she doesn't stick with it...again...she obviously doesn't want any help.

ultimately she’s responsible for her own actions…however outlandish, slutty, and ridiculous they are.

although i have never been a huge britney fan, it’s obvious she has reduced herself down to hollywood trailer trash.

i think the girl just needs to get over her self and actually start acting like a woman and think more about her children, because if any one is suffering here, it's them.
