21. K-Fed didn't care about the 2 kids he had with Shar Jackson. Why should he care about the 2 he had with Brit. She knew he was an absent father when she got with him. He's not fit to raise those kids.
Britney seemed to care for her kids until the drugs and partying took over. If she can make it through rehab, her kids may have a chance. Her family should watch over her like a hawk and keep her on a very short leash until she can get herself together. If she continues to ignore that she has a problem, take those kids, change their names and give them to a "normal" family.
She may just end up like ANS.

23. People shouldn't bother the child services unless they are directly involved with the family. What if there was a real emergency and they couldn't get through? Child services already came out to Brits house twice so I'm sure they have been watching what is going on.
