47. K-Fed should take a note from the Anna Nicole Smith proceedings and get a legal team fired up. He needs to do the right thing by his children! Clearly- he could step in now, AND SHOULD. The authorities also need to be very concerned for those two little boys. If this chick is acting so wacky all the time, at what point during her kids waking hours is she of any appropriate use to them as a parent? If their own mother can't handle the job then their father is obligated to be responsible and intervene; immediately. Bottom line, these people need to put their children FIRST! How hard of a decision can that be? NO EXCUSES, come on already!

Her problems are more postpartum depression like, the drugs and alcohol were probably an attempt at a cure...I wont be suprised if she did some social drugs on nights out..but she has been pregnant forever,so I dont think Mamma Spears will allow any Drugs during pregnancy..........On post partum dperession, refer to Brooke Shields..its a scarey world when you dont know what the heck is wrong with you and the rest of the world in on stand by to label you and tell you what a dumb shit unnatural mother you are............for that reason, I will exercise restraint against spears till they can figure out what is wrong with her..................all I know is I dont want to be in her shoes despite the $$$$$$$$$$$millions!!!!!!!!!!

Having been involved with maternal child health education issues, I know there are a lot of sorry moms out there and yes not everyone has that maternal instinct that appears like magic, so ifyou are wondering if you are wierd, trust me you are not, there is fair majority out there who need motherhood classes...the perfect ones like Becky know everything or claim they do......hope you are putting her kids back to sleep in the AAP recommended position ahhahahhalol LOL:)

How many of you judgemental idiots know for sure what kind of person she really is?!!!!! How many of you have sat in a room and watched her do drugs?!!!!! How many times has this so-called good father ever been seen with those babies? When Brit was out with her babies the media picked on her clothes?!!!! How many people have you known who have gone a little wild after a break up?!!!! If she was that lousy of a mother the kids would of been taken by now!!!! Give the girl a break!!!!!! The media is not helping matters at all!!!! I have made mistakes as a parent, as a wife, I have had my share of drinks and the difficult times after a painful break-up!!!! I have even gotten so upset over dry, brittle, overprocessed hair that I contemplated shaving my hair off too!!!!!!!! She can get through this, unfortunately she will have to do so with her every move out there for the world to judge!!!!! It's sad that just because they are celebrities their whole life must be documented. They deserve their privacy too believe it or not!!!! Of course it is probably easier for alot of you to feel good about yourselves when someone else's life is falling apart--right?!!!!!!!!!!! 55. Leave the girl and her kids the hell alone. I mean it is like this. Something has happened to Britney that sent her off the deep end. Her mother is taking care of her kids for her until she is able to care for them herself.

I am no Britney fan, I don't like her at all really but taking a mothers children without a damned good reason is off limits in my book.

Granted, she won't be winning any "mother of the year" awards anytime soon but I think the girl loves her kids. Let her get straight and then if she blows up again maybe take the kids. Everybody deserves a second chance in something like this. She didn't beat the brats, she hasn't killed anyone.

Take her kids and she will definitely have no reason to pull her life together. People need to mind their own business. These are not abused and neglected kids. Get real.

56. And I agree that postpartum can be a part of this. I had after 2 pregnancies one right after the other and it wasn't easy and it destroyed my relationship!!!!! I sure the hell felt like a awful mother for awhile and made my mistakes, but I got through thank god. My problems were not all over the magazines, but people in my little world were just as awful and it all felt the same. Thank god for those that truely cared and weren't out there just to talk and talk and add to the bullshit!!!!! I am not saying she has postparum, but it sure the hell is posssible!!!!
