35. First of all, Anna never could be the same after Daniel died so suddenly. The shock of his death could cause her to go into a complete state of shock. He was the center of her life. Having lost a son myself at the same age, I can testify that for months I did not have any idea what I was doing. I never took a single drug, but could not eat or sleep. Anna had a new baby who needed her, but she could barely function and probably did not sleep or eat either. So if she seemed out of it, it was partially because of her incredible sorrow as well as taking medications to help with the physical and mental anguish she was in. I am also not surprised she had health issues after losing Daniel. That is a very common problem for the most stable of mothers which Anna never was. With a 105 degree temperature, she should have been in the hospital. Fear of the endless publicity that she was in since Daniel died prevented her from going to the hospital and that may have cost her. Thoughts of wanting to be with the dead child are completely normal. I feel very sorry for Anna. she was really tragic.

44. I am just soo sick! He is using poor Anna Nicole Smiths trial to gain fame. SICK! He is a disgrace. Hes a fuc*ing loser. You could tell when they first aired parts of the court proceedings that he was in this for more than solving the case. I wish i could tell him this all myself, jodge or not hes a friggin scumb bag and another judge should take over! I am so angery, there are already problems and now the family and howard must sit and wait longer so mr. bozo can get his 15 min.
