Anna & Methadone Doc -- Down and Dirty

TMZ has obtained shocking video footage of Anna Nicole Smith and a shirtless Dr. Sandeep Kapoor getting hot and heavy at a West Hollywood, Calif. gay bar in 2005.

Both Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern can be seen looking on as Anna gets groped and licked by Kapoor, who is currently the subject of an inquiry by the California Medical Board over his possible misconduct in the prescribing of methadone to an alias used by Smith.

As TMZ first reported, a prescription for methadone was written by Dr. Kapoor on August 25, 2006 for "Michelle Chase," a known alias of Anna Nicole Smith, who was eight months pregnant at the time.

14. Sandy is known by his close circle of friends as SUE ELLEN after the drunken slutty Dally character. This is typical Sandy Kapoor behavior, nothing new and nothing shocking. Wait til someone sells some of his Halloween Pics with him dressed in full drag. His very strick Indian Father who didn't "know" Sandy was gay must be oh so proud of his son.
Sandy has always thought he was so much better than everyone else. I am laughing my @$$ off at him. His prescription habits are reprehensible. Sandy being outed in the limelight - priceless. This is not the end of the fun videos and pics that are availabe of the famous Dr. Kapoor! LOL

15. #8: It matters because it goes to whether the doctor had a personal interest in Anna and therefore was willing to supply her drugs illegally. Maybe he isn't 100% gay?
