Mandy Moore and DJ AM have split, sources close to the couple have confirmed, but it's not as testy as reports have indicated.
Today's edition of Page Six reported the split, saying it was Moore who kicked the DJ to the curb. While she might have been the one doing the dumping, our source says the split took place earlier this month and that it was amicable. We're told, "The two remain friends."
DJ goes back to spinning at PURE at Caesars Palace and other hotspots, while Mandy gets ready to promote her new film, "License to Wed" with 
Robin Williams. DJ and Mandy, we hardy knew ya!

DJ AM is some punk nobody from a band that got famous by stealing a guitar riff from the red hot chilli peppers..........check it for yourself...

Mandy should learn to keep her big mouth shut. She should have never brought up Nic R. and her weight.. it just forced more attention to her own huge rump.
I guess she did not learn from trying to set herself up as being the antiBritney.. and her agent at the time said that when she was older she was going to have the option to be a super model... ha ha sure !
