It's On! Stern, Birkhead, Arthur in Court

The Bahamian hearing that will determine who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, is underway, and the three major players, Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur, have all arrived to court.

According to MSNBC, the waiting crowd erupted in cheers when Birkhead set foot on the grounds.

As TMZ first reported, the judge in the Bahamas is inclined to issue a DNA order as early as today. We've learned that at some point in today's hearing, DNA experts are scheduled to testify.

I am upset though that he fired his attorney I hope him Howard have NO deals on behalf of that baby... Larry should keep that baby as far away as possible from that scum...

15. I am with #4 all of the way. I don't think Vergie has a chance. Like it or not, Anna chose HKS and I think her wishes for the baby need to be respected. I think in the end, HKS won't really be as bad as the press and others have made him out to be.
