Robbie Williams is out of rehab and already breakin' hearts in Los Angeles.

TMZ spotted the British pop star locking lips with an unknown brunette inside BOULEVARD3 last night, and then just minutes later, hitting on a stacked blonde outside the club.

A recently rehabbed Robbie also proclaimed, "I'm almost off all drugs," before telling the blonde, "I like this country ... not as much as I like your breasts though."

As smooth as Williams was, he still opted to go home alone.

5. When I was in Australia I read a publication that showed him with his male lover. He was very comfortable being out....I think he's trying to translate into the USA. I'm as confused as he is.

8. He's out of rehab and says "I'm almost off al all drugs"? Aint usually any "almost" involved in getting out of treatment, you are or you arent. Than you head to a club for graduation night? Whatever "treatment" center you went to, they sure left you with some strange aftercare instructions. Unless you didnt learn a thing Robbie and just gonna continue with letting your addictive ways take over no matter the cost.

Good Luck....if you aint clean get ready for jail, death or the nuthouse, but do have fun between now and than which it appears you have already started on.

14. The Blonde on the sidewalk seems to be a Lady of the night.... dont blame him for saying NO. The guy has good taste....
Do not be fooled by the actions of Mr RW.. he knows exactly what he is doing., he is an expert with the cameras, has nearly 20 years experience of dealing with the media.. its all a game that he likes playing & the worldwide audience are his Playmates... can you blame him..If they wanna follow him around that's their problem.
He looks mighty good though so the Rehab spell has worked wonders......
