Dr. Joshua Perper has just announced he will hold a news conference on Monday at 10:30 AM to reveal what killed Anna Nicole Smith.
TMZ has just spoken with Gary Bitner, the spokesperson for the Seminole Police Department. Bitner said the findings at Monday's news conference "are going to be a significant announcement."
Bitner also told TMZ that the Seminole Police, the State Attorney and the Medical Examiner have been closely working together, and "it continues to be a non-criminal, unexplained death investigation."
Bitner added Perper's findings "are going to provide some resolution" in the death of Anna Nicole.

I hope Perper wasn't taken in by Khris Eroshevich, HKS, Kapoor who supplied ANS with all of the narcotics that robbed her of her ability to cope and her instinct to survive.
I don't think anything sinister. The woman wanted to die and took too much of her stupid illegal prescriptions.
This bothers me that Mr Pecker wants to influence the court actions next week as to cause of son's death.
I will bet Dr Pecker will say no murder which then causes actions on son's death to be dropped.
I do not trust his asctions as he allowed ANS to be shipped out of USA to prevent any future examine of what really killed her
how much is this man getting PAID... everyday it's a different lie if she had AIDS he still ca not reveal it.......
Oh good grief! Just spill the beans - it's getting really old.
I hope to hell Perper is smart enough to connect all of the dots!
why the hell does he need a press conference -- trying to get some limelite from this disgusting mess -- just announce what killed the damn skank and get on with it!
A news conference, to announce a news conference?
Oh how the media is directing this whole show.....
