483. 524. I have a tendency to give the benefit of the doubt....however, as I re-think all of this...I am fearful of corruption.

1. Guardians are supposed to be appointed randomly (whose up next) not specifically selected. (that is usually an inside deal/a favor)
2. This guardian, who happens to be gay and a major gay activist and fundraiser in Florida, volunteered and was selected...coincidentally ANS and Stern surrounded themselves with gay associates...perhaps Milstein stepped in to assist Howard after all. Although the body was not directly given to Howard...HKS did get what he wanted...when truthfully..."legally" it should have been Virigie.

3. I originally stated that Guardians are paid for by the people (taxpayers). However, I remember that Judges can order the parties to pay. In this instance he could have ordered the estate to pay or even the 3 petitioners to share equally in the Guardians expenses. Instead, I believe the taxpayers are footing the bill. They should be enraged.

4. I do not want to believe it but....I fear corruption. After all it happens with every day people...I am sure it's only more prevalent when millions of dollars are involved.

HE TOLD HIS APPOINTED DUDE WHAT "HE" WANTED AND "HE" GOT HIS WISH DIDN'T HE? I HOPE THEY FIND SOMETHING ON HIS E-MAILS SHOWING HE MADE A DEAL...WHY ELSE WOULD THE GUY BE APPOINTED BEFORE THE COURT CASE?
IT WAS A DONE DEAL BEFORE IT STARTED.

You are 100% correct. I've been through the ringer myself and yet I still try to give the benefit of the doubt. This case stinks big time! If they weren't covering as best they could for Stern....Dannielynn would have been immediately removed and placed in the safe care (at least temporarily) of a responsible person.

My x was an attorney in the Bronx (since suspended-fraud,dishonesty, deceit ect.) and my childrens Guardian was my x's buddy...the Guardian was also suspended...

Expect the unexpected...when you think someone is doing the right thing it's usually just act act...like the calm before the storm.

It sure would not be me. I was a single parent and I did not go back to work till she was 6 Months. Then I called 4 times a day. That was the hardest part of my life.

The baby was 5 months old when Anna left her in the Bahamas this last time. But remember Anna left her other times before that. Anna had left the baby at least 4 times to come to the U.S.
The first week of December Anna was in San Francisco, California, and had left the baby in the Bahamas. The baby was just 3 months old then.

488. To the person who asked why Brits put up with Prince Harry getting drunk and falling down......!!!!

Harry is a YOUNG guy..... He has had to deal with many trials (money doesn't solve every problem) He is known to be a very humanitarian Prince (he is most like his mother). His father IMO is a weak man..... and he has been a selfish father.....choosing his own satisfaction over his sons'. British people for the most part love Harry. British people are not fools ... they pushed to have The Queen pay taxes like the rest.....and now she does...! British people objected to having their taxes go to a list of ''hangers on''' (about 30 odd in line for the throne) That was stopped and now only a limited number receive a payment. British people are not happy with Mr Blair and I can guarantee he will be out SOON !!!

To allow people to govern a country and be digging a grave for that country is madness......

Back to Anna...................This thread is revealing that a conspiracy of sorts has been going on......whether or not it will be totally divulged is another matter....

Britain took over islands that were gateways to the rest of the world..... to have ease of passage for trading. Britain has since willingly given back Islands to certain mainlands (unless the inhabitants have wanted to remain British) Hong Kong belongs to China. Ceylon is now Sri Lanka and not under British Rule. Falklands have remained British as its inhabitants are mainly British and they want to stay that way......

Now with USA and Afghanistan....US still controlling a huge country (not an island) after terrorising it

Iraq...US still controlling after terrorising this nation

South American countries are being ripped off for fruit and produce by the USA.....These countries are paid virtually nothing for what the US expects from them......ie./ Honduras etc.

We could go on with Sudan etc.... but why bother..... The USA thinks it can pillage any country it chooses. Notice how it doesn't argue with China ??????? Talk about a suicide mission...... they won't go there....

493. Larry Seidlin is the most disgraceful judge I have ever seen. I would love to know how many media outlets he was trying to contact to capitalize on ANS's tragedy. I think he stinks, along with his buddy Milstein, who he gave the lucrative assignment to act like he cares about Dannielynn, which means he gets lots of money from Anna's estate, by pretending he gives a shoot. He is a disgrace too. He stood up and dramatically gave a speech that made me want to vomit. He never met Anna. She was as messed up as you can get, but, he acted like she was Mother Theresa. What a putz and a half. Left his wife of 19 years to announce he's out of the closet and gay. I feel sorry for the gay community to have him in their ranks. He's sickening.

I wondered all along if the Judge did not know the second he started the trial as to how he was going to rule. I think the Judge may have been bribed by good ole Howie and that Judge may have seen dollar marks in front of his eyes. How else did the Judge know for sure that Howie would make it to his court?
