496. Birkhead can sue, but he wont win a dime. Birkhead and Anna ere never married, just as Howard and Anna were never married. So Howard took the word of the mother (Anna) that he was the father. He had no reason based on what she said and the fact that they too claim to have had sexual relations to not accept the role as father.

Birkhead by virtue of not being married to Anna can only try to establish paternity. He can not go and sue all the men in Annas life that she had sex with, that could have been the father. Howard was the only one that Anna herself said and wanted him to be the father. You can speculate that they knew they were scamming Birkhead, but you cant prove it, and in a court of law that is all that matters.

Howard has followed all mandated rules regarding this child.

So, Birkhead should save his money. He would never win this one.

499. As far as Stern being the Father, didn't anyone see the video where she was served eviction papers and she is heard talking about stress and mentions stern and said "he isn't the f..... Father". That poor baby, if it were any "non celebrity" person, social service would have that child in custody in a New York minute. Usually people that are unwed and have a child are ordered paternity tests so the FATHER is made to start paying child support. Why do you think Stern took her to the Bahama's where laws are totally different than here in the states. Again, do you think she was in a mental capacity to even know what she was doing? Not by the video's that were shown. I hope that they go after every doctor that aided in her death by prescribing these drugs. Go to a Dr. here and try to get treated for a known disease such as Lyme and they won't give you more than 21 days of a harmless antibiotic, the same drug they give to someone with severe acne. Yet with acne it can be prescribed for years, Lyme 21 days. Let's get serious and start dealing with our corrupt medical society!
