TMZ has learned that Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons is selling his monster mansion in Saddle River, N.J.

Simmons, who split with wife Kimora Lee just over a year ago, is unloading this 35,000 sq. ft. estate for a whopping $23.8 million. The home, listed on Sotheby's website, sits on 4 acres, features 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

The property includes a custom movie theater, popcorn machine, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with waterfalls, caves and a Jacuzzi. Plus, there's a professional gymnasium, large wine cellar with sit-down tasting area, and a sophisticated security system with cameras.

Divorce attorneys not included.

7. I truly am in awe that people get to live this way. I say if you work hard- play hard. I just wish some of these money-moguls would give a little back to their community.

Maybe they do, but you never hear of that. Look though, most of these people are as messed up as you and I. They just hide it behing their sprawling mansions, and lavish presents to themselves.

Money really cant buy happiness, but it does help.

9. According to the Vanity Fair interview, Kimora is Japanese and African American. I sort of like their clothes but it turns me off to see young kids from the inner city in Phat clothes when the Simmons/Lees are so wealthy. Their daughters are quite cute in photos. Who knows what they are really. You know the rule, everyone else's children are spoiled.

12. It seems as if Russell went through what a lot of men go through--he was single and had money and married primarily for looks (she was a thin model at the time). Now that he has more money than he needs and has changed becoming a vegan and worried about making a difference, he has in a lot of ways outgrown Kimora (probably realizing that exterior things don't make you happy). When people have a lot of money, it brings out their true selves since money is your main problem until you have it. So for Kimora, having money shows that she is very superficial, has race & identity issues and defines herself by what she has and buys. So not only is she no longer the thin young model, she appears ugly, empty and negative which makes her more unattractive. Russell now is at a crossroads--he can really make the world a better place and meet some one with more substance that has more to offer than just looks. He can also become a real leader and role model like Bill Gates and create real change in the world
