Britney Spears rolled back to a Studio City dance studio yesterday looking like a shell of her more recent self.
TMZ spotted the trainwreck-on-the-mend on her way out of Millennium Dance Complex, where it appears her jazzercise sessions are paying off. Brit looked like she's shed a few pounds, and could even be confused with her younger sis Jamie-Lynn -- well, a bald, tatted Jamie-Lynn.
Brit's dancing/Red Bull diet plan seems to be doing the trick. Now if only she could do something about that hair.

Most of us have had bad times in our lives. We don't have to do so publicly. It's sad that people kick each other when we're down. She is a talented young woman. What is lacking is your lives? Redbull, and all "energy" drinks are loaded with caffeine. A buzz is a buzz. She should stick to water and not rely on beverages like Redbull to replace the high of drugs and alcohol.

You can't tell from the video if she HAS lost weight. The last time I saw a picture or video of her she still looked fat! What's taking her so long? If other celebrities can lose a ton of weight two weeks after childbirth, so should Britney. GET THAT FAT ASS MOVING!!!!!!!
