Spider-man 3: Midnight Shows -- Sold Out!

Spider-ManTMZ has learned that online ticket service Fandango has just completely sold out of all tickets for midnight showings of the new installment of Spider-man.

More than 100 theatres across the U.S. have maxed-out their late shows. Sources tells TMZ that 3:00 AM Friday showings have been added to the some locations -- a rarity in film exhibition -- and sales for Spidey have taken up 95% of Fandango's weekly sales.

Spidey III also pulled in just under $30 million in its opening day overseas, representing the best movie opening ever in France, Italy, South Korea and Hong Kong.
