Ty Pennington Charged with DUI

Ty Pennington"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star Ty Pennington has just been charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts stemming from his arrest Saturday morning.

Sources tell TMZ Pennington had a .14 blood alcohol level when he was stopped at 12:35 AM in Los Angeles. The legal limit in California is .08.

LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed the case.

Ok, he messed up..give him a break...if he wasn't a celebrity he wouldn't be on here... He made a mistake and unlike other celebrities he owned up to it.......

I keep reading that he was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol AND drugs... What drugs exactly? I can't find that mentioned anywhere.

geez I love how "owning up" to these gigantic mistakes the very second you are caught means anything. Ty Pennington telling us it's never acceptable to drink and drive, while he has twice the legal limit of booze and is driving; I guess it's never acceptable to get caught right Ty?
