43. She clearly has a bunion on her big toe, which forces it to grow into the other toes. The bunion forces the big toe out of a straight enlinement. Some bunions are not painfull, just ugly. She probably is so busy she doesn't want to be off her feet and on crutches right now. As far as the growth by the little toe, who knows what that is. I'm sure she has more important things in her life to deal with right now.
