Reese's Estranged Hubby Wants ...

Ryan Phillippe has fired his shot off the bow in his divorce with Reese Witherspoon.

TMZ has obtained court documents, filed this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Phillippe wants to make a clean break from the marriage. He is not asking for spousal or child support. All he wants is joint custody of the two kids.

Witherspoon filed divorce papers last November, citing irreconcilable difference. She asked for joint custody, and also asked the judge to block any attempt on Phillippe's part to get spousal support. Reese also wanted "exclusive use of the family residence."

TMZ first reported that the former couple did not sign a pre-nup, which means their assets acquired during the marriage will be divided even-steven.

6. Reese was more mature. When Ryan catches up I'm afraid he'll finally appreciate her.
Married very young. She's have hung in forever had he remained faithful, & that's rare.

7. He is crazy!!! Ryan was the one who always stayed with his daughter, so Reese dould be off making millions and advancing her career. The when the little boy came he did the same.

I think he should be awarded half of everything plus spousal support. His life was on hold, and reese was able to do her thing.

Just because he was a stay at home dad, shouldnt mean he gets treated different. Ryan, get what you deserve. Reese, has established herself, thanks to you. She will continue to make millions, while you will have to start over.

It is however refreshing to hear that Reese and Ryan are being adults and respectful towards eachother reagarding their divorce.

13. Very smart and mature of both people.
You know, I liked them as a couple, but felt they (especially Ryan) were too young for marriage. I'm sure they tried to make it work, but as the old saying goes "Marriage is forever...and that's a mighty long time".

Joint custody is fair, no need for spousal support on either side. Hug and kiss and move on. I'm very proud of Ryan and Resse. All the folks in Hollywood should take note.
