Paris' Jailbreak -- The Official Explanation

The hot dog Paris was served in jail wasn't in the "package" she was used to. That's what sent her over the edge! Poor Paris!!

The moral of the story is if you're flithy rich, with no talent or redeeming
qualities as a human being, if you're self-centered, egotistical and void
of feelings except for yourself, then you can get or do anything you want in this world
or California.

This go to show the public if you have money in this country, you can buy anything you want! If you are rich, you can buy justice in any form you desire.

Shame, shame, shame on the people who let this happen! It's making a mockery of our justice system.

The 5 days are Sunday-Thursday. She gets credit for both Sunday and thursday. She was in custody both days.

you people just want someone rich to suffer regardless. that's why you haters are here every single day. crime or no crime, you just wish ill will on anybody with more cash than you. period!

She was crying and bitching and detoxing, and she's rich ... AND THE LA SHERIFF'S DEPT. DIDN'T WANT TO 'MAN UP.'

Sounds like someone is finally showing some good sense in this case. A conditional sentence to be served under house arrest in the community is what the judge should have ordered. But at least the sheriff had the good sense to correct the unreasonable brutality of the court and assign her to custody under house arrest.

The only special treatment Paris Hilton got in this case is that the judge allowed the media driven hate campaign against Paris Hilton to influence the discretionary sentencing options he has. But all of this should not even have happened in the first place because in a great many cases where there is a 1st violation of probation on a misdemeanor traffic offense the length of probation is extended. Yes, Paris Hilton got special treatment. The hate campaign against her caused her to be judged more harshly than other persons in the same circumstance.

Maybe all Americans who are sick of this brat should spend the next 40 days boycotting everything HILTON. Just stop feeding this person.

Why are so many people hear whining about the treatment some rich people receive? It's always been that way and will always be that way. Grow up and stop your belly aching.
