Paris Hilton will probably spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.
We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. Hilton will stay there over the weekend, when her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally.

4. I feel for her, I think everyone is getting off on this because they are jealous. She didn't deserve 45 days for drivin on a suspended liscense! Thats nonsense. Its unreal to me that people are gettin off on this girls pain and enjoyin seein another human suffer. She is a person just like you and me and in the end this is SAD. Think of this person who is everyday surrounded by others to havin to be completely alone for 23 hours a day. Start with some empathy. Put yourself in her place. You dont know her! How can you have such haterd for a person you don't even know?? Concentrate on yourself and show some compassion for others! THATS WHAT THIS WORLD NEEDS.

8. WOW - her DETOX is going to really suck! I bet she would have preferred to detox at one of those Hollywood-style rehabs. You know - with massages, manicures & pedicures, dining out, etc. aka. Britney/Lindsay style rehab. Bummer for the Bitch and soooo NOT HOT!

13. Good for the judge! This little brat must learn to respect the law! I wouldn't be surprised if her shaking and twitching had to do with drug detoxing. So 45 days in jail away from drugs and alcohol can only be good for her - her very own rehab! Not as comfortable as Promises but hey...... I find it hard to feel any sympathy for her.....she seemed fine at the awards show before going to jail! Suck it up Paris!!
