As for whether the Sheriff caved to political pressure by transferring Hilton back to the Lynwood Jail, a Sheriff's rep says no way. He told TMZ the decision to transfer Hilton was made by the medical staff at the Sheriff's Department. The Sheriff merely executed the decision.

DRUNK DRIVING IS A TERRIBLE CRIME:
Drunk driving is a TERRIBLE CRIME that kills thousands of people each year. If we as a society treated it as attempted murder and all drunk drivers received a harsh sentence on the first offence, we could make drunk driving deaths a thing of the past. Zero tolerance for drunk driving and there would be 17,000 less deaths per year. Each drunk driving death is totally (i.e. 100%) avoidable.

Harvey Levin and TMZ have lost credibility BIG TIME. How many posts are on Paris's plight? How many news shows will he go on to cry about the injustice? Give me a break, this gal thumbed her nose at the law, and this is the consequence. There are plenty of persons with mental illness in the jails, and Im sorry, but "panic attacks" are common.....Harvey acts like Paris has this severe, unique medical issue that nobody else has......get real!

Paris' self-promoting herself as "sexy" is finished. I mean, the fit of "hand in glove" (pun intended, but ewww!) doesn't apply to "sexy/genital herpes". Her "singing career" was a joke and quickly swept under the rug. Ask the people in the fashion industry about her "modeling career" and all you hear is about her incompetency and how they allowed her to walk the runways as long as her parents PAID for it. The really awful perfume line was paid for by her parents to gain "respectability" for her and her sister (I thought you had to EARN that). She has NO friends except for the "club-crowd". The other Hilton families are ashamed of her and want nothing to do with her or THAT side of the family, especially her. Yes, she's "slow" mentally, - why do you honestly think she dropped out of 9th grade (because it was embarassing to her parents)? Her parents have tried to BUY her respectability because they honestly couldn't, and don't know how, to teach it. Her mother' side of the family (Aunt only) is trying to stick-up for her, but where are all the Hilton's?" They're remaining aloof and unacknowledging of her as they've always been. If you think I'm wrong, then WHERE are they? Paris will probably TRY to create a "come-back", not unlike Britney, but with even less talent (it's evidently possible) and MORE denial. Sooner or later, unlike her genital herpes, she'll just "go away".
