Celebrity Justice
Sizemore Gets the Hilton Treatment

Tom SizemoreYou might not be seeing Tom Sizemore on the big screen anytime soon.

Moments ago in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a judge sentenced Sizemore to 16 months in state prison for violating his probation in a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. The court highly recommended that Sizemore serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- due to fact that they have a rehab facility within the prison.

Sizemore is currently being held in L.A. County jail, where he will spend the night. He's been holed up there since June 5. Tomorrow, Sizemore is again scheduled to face the judge, when the court will determine how many days of credit will be applied to his new sentence.

7. This guy has left a trail of broken people and hearts behind by his actions. He deserves punishment...alot of punishment. Maybe he can get clean and sober so that he can begin to make it up to those who he has harmed. His reality show was a pathetic attempt for sympathy and attention. Thank God that his two kids will won't be around their addict father. Good luck Mr. Sizemore, you are going to need it.

8. It's about time! That poor man is teetering on the edge of a very high cliff! He needs a big timeout without any of his paid enablers around. Best wishes Tom.

9. that dude is an ugly old man. But I think they ought to let him smike his way into an early death. Meth will rot his teeth, and fry his addled brain--better than prison.

14. It's about damn time California starts cracking down on the privileged. No room in the jail/prison system you say? Then start charging inmates 15-25% of their multi-million dollar annual salaries as fines to build a city of yellow tents out in the desert. Enough is enough.

15. What a bummer.I feel for you bud. Been there -done that. Can you imagine what he is going through, from celebertie to convicted drug addict. He'll do okay in jail. He'll be very popular and come out a new man and rise to superstardome once again. Good Luck my friend and peace out.
