TMZ you rule!!! more public news should be reported like this!!! as for all those who cry and bitch about putting that pic up .. google daniel benoit... see all the thousands of pics already on the internet .... its the nature of society so its as simple as it always has been .. its YOUR CHOICE whether to read an article , look at a picture etc... so dont complain because you decided to look at it and didn't like it. If you feel that strongly stop going to every possible site that will have it on and you will be happy right?

Simply heart breaking that Chris could kill his son with a choke hold. And, even more tragic to find out that Chris was buying illegal human growth hormone to inject his son; all without a doctors orders or supervision.

The Georgia investigators said the story was bizarre......and man they weren't exagerating....truly tragic and horrifying!!

I'm guessing that he killed his wife accidentally as he was probably an abuser in the past which is why she had filed for divorce as she was "afraid of him", then she withdrew the charges and the papers so, now she's dead - typical! Next, he couldn't bear to think of jail and his poor son must have been asking for his Mommy, so he knew he had to kill himself to avoid jail and face what he had done to his wife. He could leave his poor little son alone in the house and the world without his parents, so his only solution was to kill him also, then kill himself - again typical! No one know what goes on behind closed doors.

Even more profound and sad is this photo was taken just months after his mother Nancy filed for a divorce and got a restraining order against Chris because she was afraid of him.

Like many woman suffering from battered women syndrome, instead of fleeing she took him back. Too bad someone close to that family ahdn't taken Nancy under their wing and sought serios professional help to help her flee Chris.

It breaks my heart to see this picture. Looking at that poor, innocent child makes me want to cry. I can't imagine anyone murdering their own child. I don't even want to think of his last moment. It's really hard for me to accept the fact that Benoit did this especially watching him as i grew up.

We will never really know what caused Chris to do this horrible thing.

As for the doctor not seeing any strange behavior that day, it is very possible. Chris may have been able to hide his pain & torment. We hear this all the time--neighbors & friends always say they never knew so-and-so was having any problems before killing someone.

Could it be because the sperm are affected when you take steriods?
