"Real World" Star Gets a Little Girl-on-Girl Action

"Real World: Hawaii's" Ruthie got some action over the weekend -- grinding all over and making out with a lady friend as TMZ cameras rolled. Real hot!

TMZ spotted Ruthie, aka the rehabber from the eighth season, at the Reality Cares charity event benefiting Operation Smile at Joseph's on Saturday. There's no better place for an impromptu lap dance than fundraiser for the repair of facial deformities of children in poverty-stricken places around the world! Classy!

Other "stars" extending their 15 minutes of fame to the cause were "The Amazing Race" hottie Reichen Lehmkuhl -- with equally hot trainer/boyfriend Ryan Berry -- Holly and Bridget from "The Girls Next Door," "Queer Eye" culture cutie Jai Rodriguez, who compared cup sizes with TMZ's cameraman, and "American Idol" castoff Frenchie Davis, who belted out the "Dreamgirls" show stopper, "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going." But she went.

All this and more in today's sapphic edition of Star Catcher.

2. I remember from the Real World she had a really serious alcohol problem. In one episode she almost died of alcohol poisoning.

She must still be drinking.

4. Wow, TMZ has become the hometown rag of the truely talentless. The TMZ staff must've scrapped this "story" from the bottom of Harvey Levin's slip-on loafers. Fine work.

7. Reichen??!! That meat puppet has been around so long and his thespian skills are so limited he should be cast as one of the pies in a high school production of "Sweeney Todd." Was he, as usual, sucking Ryan's face every time a camera appeared? Much more of that and Ryan will need his own facial deformities repaired. His bottom boy Reichen can tell him all about that, having been carved on so well by some plastic surgeon before bailing out of the Air Force. See what your tax dollars paid for, America? In any case, he's gotta keep trying to make Lance sorry for kicking Reichen to the curb after finding out about HIS action with a male "Real World" starlette.
