Former underwear model/Funky Buncher Marky Mark Wahlberg parked his junk in a loading zone in Beverly Hills yesterday -- and was astounded that he didn't get tagged.
Marky's been on a roll -- from his Oscar nom for "The Departed" to "Shooter" topping the rental charts -- and he's got three pix coming up.
Wahlberg also escaped a fashion violation for wearing a hideous pair of manpris.
