ABC Family has greenlit production on a new yuletide telepic called "Santaland Diaries" to star Hilary Duff.

Produced by Regent Entertainment ("Margaret Cho: Assassin"), and based on the famous story by David Sedaris, "Santaland Diaries" will star Duff as a Grinch-like department store elf. It is expected to air in late fall as part of ABC Family's annual "25 Days of Christmas" promotion.,Regent Entertainment has experience producing holiday pics for ABC Family.

9. Frankie Delgado is the biggest man whore in Hollywood. Hilary would be so stupid to be with him. She would for sure get STDs from him. Besides, he has chronic bad breath. 15. Relax... The Duff sisters are ONLY slumpbustin' before Hilary's 3 month tour. She'll get back to her normal smart chick sense soon and hopefully without a new Valtrex 'scrip. Those dudes are sleezy. I talked to Frankie for about 2 minutes once and felt like I needed a shower. I think I would rather have been hugged by Greasy Bear for an hour on a hot summer day than had that short chat w/Frankie "The self-proclaimed Mexican Hugh Hefner" Degaldo.
