33. I am a TMZ fan for the gossip, but don't let them fool you. What you don't see on the clip, before each of the various shown clips begin, is the TMZ photographer acting like a crazy person, jumping in the actor's face, screaming nonsensically, acting like a mentally challenged person. This is how they get a reaction. I know as I work with a famous actor and was with him when he was accosted by a TMZ photographer a few weeks ago in NY.

37. Stop!!!!!! saying that he beat that guy up TMZ. From the photgraphs it looked like the guy feel down on the side walk, while Gary just had his hands on the camera.

And NOTHING was on that film but that little Gerber boy crying about somebody that wasn't even after him.....everybody has seen it.....and everybody has said it.

Let it go!!! Gary did nothing wrong, he only wanted peace for the night. He nicely asked and you didn't give it. If he was so in the wrong then he would have been charged. But TMZ, you have NOTHING!!!

Let it go TMZ. Stop trying to get more attention over this. Lear from the girl that asked Larry Birkhead a few questions today. She asked larry questions and then let him go when he wanted to leave. He walked away with a smile and she literally backed away.

That TMZ is how you approach someone. And when it is time to go...the GO!!! TMZ. Just go away. Leave them alone when they ask you.

38. wow. still milking this "attacking." No one is really buying it TMZ. It just makes you guys look sad and weakens what shred of credibility you actually had.

Shaky camera footage does not make for shocking proof of an attack.

40. In the first place, didn't paparazzi cause the death of a Princess because they were chasing her car? Leave people some privacy. If GD got irked with your photog, maybe your photog got into his "space" in this case, his face. You guys should keep your distance and learn some respect as well.
