TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan may not have been chasing a car at the time of her arrest. Lindsay says she was also a chase victim.
Sources connected to Lindsay tell TMZ both Lindsay, who was driving a Denali, and the Escalade in front of her, driven by the mother of Lindsay's former assistant, were both being chased in a "unsafe and threatening" manner.
We're told there may have been more than one vehicle chasing the duo, though we do not know the identities of those drivers. We could not confirm if paparazzi were chasing the cars. One thing we do know: there are no known photos of the incidents.

the *CHASING* thing does matter because it was SHE who was chasing her assistant (and/or her assistant's mom)!!
this proves that this bitch truly is CRAZY & doesn't care if she kills someone. her disregard for the law & human life displayed by her crazy car chase should serve to add MORE TIME to her sentence.
i'm sorry but i don't have empathy for these stupid rich bitch have-it-alls who complain about all their *problems*. let's consider the drug users who live in poverty & destitution who have NOTHING in their lives... i'm not saying it's *RIGHT* because it never is, but i can see why they would seek to numb their painful existence.
on the other hand, these young bimbos have EVERYTHING and use drugs recreationally believing that they can do WHATEVER THEY WANT 'CUZ THEY ARE SPECIAL - THE RULES DON'T APPL TO THEM.
i say throw the book at her - at all of them. prove that the rules DO indeed apply to them. furthermore, whether they LIKE it or not they are *ROLE-MODELS* so they have to set an even better example... that's the 'PRICE' for their fame & fortune.
and for you bleeding hearts who are saying drugs are a DISEASE, no... CANCER, now that's a disease. drugs are a CHOICE. unless you're a crack baby, you're not born hooked to drugs. this dumb ho made a choice. a bad choice. many bad choices in fact.
let's all agree to not watch her movies. don't click those links on these sites that say "SHE HAD A NEW HAIR-DO" or things equally mundane. why did *I* click this story? because it's a train-wreck story and i'm glad to see her public - demise. i wish she'd be out of the spot-light forever.
