TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan has returned to rehab, but not to Promises in Malibu -- where she recently spent 45 days.
We're told she is in an undisclosed treatment facility.
Let's hope it works this time.
UPDATE: A rep for Promises has no comment about today's events.

1. I can't wait for the day when all these celebutants and young actresses are gone and we have a new crop, who are hopefully a little bit more responisble. Of course, TMZ and Harvey Levin would be out of business instead of giving us minute-by-minute, blow-by-blow updates.

12. Has any one else noticed that this Promises place is a joke. No one we have heard about going there has gotten any better. I think its more like a spa than a rehab. Maybe if she goes to jail like Paris she will have a fighting chance.
