Lohan Bust Equals Web Windfall

Lindsay LohanIn a stunning prophecy equivalent to predicting that the sun will rise, one lucky web geek took time to buy the domain names lohanbusted.com and lohaninjail.com. It's showtime!

There's nothing on either site yet, but after the unprecedented attention given Paris Hilton's trip to the pokey, it's a safe bet that a Lindsay slammer saga would be huge. A redhead in an orange jumpsuit -- hot!

The sites (which are for sale, by the way) were both registered on May 8 -- Lindsay went into rehab three weeks later.

Quick, someone grab britneymeltsdown.com -- before it's too late!

UPDATE: Apparently there are dueling Lindsay trainwreck websites. The folks over at www.lilodui.com claim they "will be the one stop shop" for everything Lindsay. Stay tuned.

16. Karma is a bitch. I love that all these losers are getting what they deserve, but sadly jail only seems to be some kind of bizarro career booster.
Shame on you Lindsay, I actually thought you were doing ok. I can slightly stand Lindsay over Paris, but I do without both of them.

18.
Everytime somone says this is why the world hates America, I say "Thank God I live in America" where we can have all kinds of people doing their thing.

In some countries, you would be executed for adultery, and it gets worse.

Thank you God that I am in America, and if you are worried about what "they" think, just try moving there. You will be back in no time.

19. Lindsay Lohan's a perfect example of how posessing money and fame , and having no sense of limits can lead an obviously out-of-control kid to do stupid, self-destructive things. Where are her so-called parents, her friends, her managers, or her studio reps? Is here anyone in her life who is willing to yank a knot in her ass and tell her that if she keeps up this bulls**t, she's going to end up just another burned out and dead former child star? She's been told too many times she's pretty (even if there's some open question about how talented she might or might not be), if not smart. Is this what LA-types do? Allow their children to do whatever they want, including harming themselves or others?

21. People....

You are witnessing a barely turned 21-year-old with serious addiction, i.e. dis-ease! She needs a new mother, a new manager, a NEW, ISOLATED, and long-term "PROFESSIONAL" rehabilitation experience outside of California.

Alcohol and drug addiciton is rampant in our American society (go to the supermarket and you see three out of 12 sections devoted to nothing but alcohol dressed up in designer bottles. People think of others suffering from addiction if living on the streets or falling in the gutters; however, it is everywhere and big-time in the workplace now! Lineage addiction is a very SERIOUS thing and one never knows where it is going to show up. Imagine being the parent of a beautiful child and raising him/her holistically and (then) discovering they've inherited the gene which hasn't shown up in the family for awhile.

"Promises" is not a serious program otherwise Lindsay Lohan would not have been off the premises during her previous rehabilitation stay.

23. It's a damn shame when some pond scrubber leech up and decides that they want to invest in the unfortunate predicaments and downfalls of another. It's sad, sick, desperate, and heartless. Though I don't condone Lindsay's choice of escape in dealing with the obvious problems, and troubles in her life. It is plainly obvious that her behaviour and use is that of a person dealing with some internal pain, struggle, and addiction. It's definitely not recreational any longer that's a given. But regardless, she is a person like each and everyone else. Of course in her situation, she is and was responsible for her decisions; however, I wouldn't disagree to say that a very large part of this turmoil stems from the less than adequate, and caring home life that she has been able to lean on and call her "foundation." I'd also go so far as to say that the media has a small part to play in this as well. If her escapades weren't sensationalized during the past couple of years, it wouldn't have played a role in enabling her and showing her that even when people have an idea of what 'may be' going on with her it is all right to just continue because all it is going to amount to is some sort of press and recognition.

I see a domino effect well into the development stage for a select group of Hollywood's women, and it's not painting an impressive picture, it's taking a life of it's own and becoming a surreal landscape that is undefined, blurred, and bleak. I will also point out though these people are individuals, first and foremost, and that they surely are capable of achieving great things on their own... their representation is lacking greatly in the area of having an equal working relationship with them, or so-called 'partnership' with helping them to direct their energies.

~wishing her the best that will help her to help herself.

24. Lohan's 21 now but behaves like a high school whore. How anyone would have her as their role model or favorite actress is beyond me. She definitely is going down the slippery spiral to failure, destruction of herself and others, and eventual death. But probably, as in the case of most Hollywood rebels, they'll "give her another chance, and another, and still another." I think anyone who would hire her, interview her, use her as a guest star, or have her featured in their magazine is crazy!

25. I was one of those mid-western minded people that was wanting everyone to give her a second chance. But seriously why is it the "normal" people in this world are smarter when it comes to investing. We may not be billionaires but most of us are willing to spend our last dime on a cab or a DD. Jesus Lindsay this isn't Vice City and your life isn't a game! You have now lost ALL respect! maybe you should take some of these rolls that you play (and play very well) and try it in the real world!!! Next we will be hearing about you trading a peice of cheese in the pokey for a fork so you can shove that up you nose!!

27. #21 Candleinthewind,

You are an idiot. America is NOT about "doing your thing," if doing your thing is self-destructive or destructive to others. Are you mental? Does "doing your thing" include getting loaded and driving a car at high rates of speed possibly hurting or killing another human being? Crawl out from under your rock and get your head and values examined.
