TMZ has learned that Lohan's arraignment is set for August 24 at 8:30 AM.
And how's this for scheduling conflicts? -- Lohan is scheduled to appear in Beverly Hills Court the same day for her Memorial Day weekend DUI bust.

8. If you have a laywer you do NOT have to be present at an arraignment hearing. Your laywer just enters a not-guilty plea.

14. Nice friends Lindsay has. I know she can do what she wants, but I can't imagine getting drunk with someone who just got out of 6 weeks of rehab! What losers. The only thing that is going to save that girl is to get her out of LA.
