I am once again amazed by the stupidity of people here in America. You morons, the woman kept saying the HE got out of the car and tried to approach her vehicle, HE HE HE. HOWEVER (MORONS), where does she say that "HE" was driving the white GMC?

Wouldn't it make sense that LINDSAY was driving the Denali so her bodyguard (HE) could get out of the GMC easily to approach the other vehicle?

How is someone supposed to be driving a GMC, stop the GMC, approach the other vehicle, get back in the GMC, put it in drive and then keep following her?

Does anyone even stop to run the scenario through their small minded heads that Lindsay could very well be driving, like the cops say, and her bodyguard or another man be a PASSENGER?????

Are you all so stupid that you think the police wouldn't know who was driving the car? You heard some hysterical woman on a 911 call keep saying he he he so you assume that he he he was driving? I assume that most women that were getting chased by a big white GMC at 2:00 am in the morning would not think that it would be a woman chasing them, but rather a man....and would say "he"

What is wrong with everyone? The woman on the phone was DRIVING while she was on the phone with 911 that is why the address kept changing. The 911 operator is MORON and should have dispatched a car to Wilshire obviously she was en route and cops needed to be sent to that area.

A few things. First, all of you morons who keep generalizing everyone that lives in California to be as stupid as LL or Britney or the moron who made this phone call are ignorant. I don't even know why I'm responding to that as your either 12 years old, or a completely stupid. All black people are from the ghetto and all mexicans do landscaping? (I dont feel that way, but hey - it's just as stupid to say things like that!)

Second, there are cameras at pretty much every other intersection in the greater Los Angeles area. I'm sure they're going to figure out who was driving. The police wouldn't have just arrested LL for no reason. Don't you think that one of the people with her would have taken the heat if it was possible? I think so. They obviously witnessed her driving. Otherwise the other people in the car, obviously on the payroll, would have said they were driving if it was possible.

its said how everyone is making excuses for Lindsey especially her family... She was driving or she wouldnt have been given a sobriety test and charged with DUI, they would of just charged her with drunk in public.

I am sure as the days go on her spin machine is going to make up more and more lies to try and get her off but its not going to work. The whold world is watching this case just like the Hilton case and I can assure you that Lindsey is going to do more time than Paris. she destroyed her own career and has no one else to blame. Shes 21 and been a legal adult for 4 years now time for her to act like an adult.

Stop lying, admit you have a problem, do your time, get clean and put your life back together. I have no sympathy for her and think she is going to get what she deserves. She needs to be put in a cell and left there for a few months so she can thank god she is alive and didnt run anyone over and kill or handicap someone.

First of all I know the mom and daughter. I heard the tape and it is Tarin the daughter ( Lindsey"s assistant) She didn't know it was Lindsey and that is why she was saying "him". Santa Monica has very small blocks and the streets were changing fast. It seemed to me that she felt as though they weren't helping her. If someone were chasing you AND THE POLICE WERE NOT GETTING THAT YOU ARE MOVING TOO FAST. I might say oh my god a few times. Especially if you think it is somebody else like a car jacker. They had no idea it was lindsey.

The 911 dispatcher is not there to be your friend or to be friendly he is there to assist and he cant assist anyone if a stupid ass lady cant give him the information they need and to the person who said they should of just sent the police to whilsire get a clue. The police force is already undermaned they cant just send cops out all over the place without knowing what is going on.

After listening to the tape it sound like Lindsay was not driving the vehicle. The driver kept saying what is he doing.
