Are the young teenagers involved not partially responsible also? They were at a party drinking and doing drugs, and then got into a car with a drunk driver. They are not innocent victims. Yes, I know, Lane is the adult, he's responsible.

What!! Who in the hell said that one. He couldnât educate me on a dam thing. I know how to tell kids no and not give them alcohol while underage. And he cannot teach me about DUI because I will never do it. He is acting his best performance on these people and they are sadly buying it all.
