Ok Johnnie douchbag so we get it, you are one of those people who has to yell to get some attention. It goes back to your childhood and how your parents raised (or didn't raise) you.
Yes, Mitch and Dr. Buss were the ones who made the ultimate decision regarding Shaq, but we all know that if KOBE had spoken up (to Shaq, Mitch or Dr. Buss) and said he wanted Shaq to be a Laker, that Shaq would still be a Laker.
Kobe was like that spoiled brat little brother who wanted all the attention and cried if he did not get the attention he thought he deserved. Let's do the math....Shaq is in the Finals BEFORE he is a Laker, Kobe..NOT....Shaq wins ANOTHER title AFTER he is a Laker, Kobe..NOT!!

We all know that Kobe wanted Shaq out of LA and that is why he was not retained. 30 mil a year for a few more rings would have been a drop in the bucket. Kobe was younger and wanted Shaq out, so he could have HIS TEAM.
