TMZ has obtained this photo of Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette with their three-year-old daughter Coco in Kauai, Hawaii. Coco, riding between her parents in a kayak, is not wearing a life jacket.
We checked and found that according to Hawaii state law, "Children 12 and under must wear a properly fitting PFD while underway."
We contacted the Arquette's rep, and are waiting for a call back.

OH back off of them! There was a time when I sat on the foot board of the car on long road trips, rode my bike without a helmet, went down to the beach from 8:00am until 7:00pm wihtout any supervision, didn't come home until the street lights came on, ran around the neighborhood with no shoes on, drank from the garden hose...
The world ain't made up of Nurf and Lysol!
RELAX!!!
DUMB-ASS PARENTS. LIKE,ULTRA-STUPID. UNLESS THAT WATER HAPPENS TO BE CRYSTAL-CLEAR ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM......., THEY WON'T FIND THAT KID IF SHE FALLS INTO THE WATER. IN ANY CASE, NO MATTER WHAT, THAT KID NEEDS MORE PROTECTION.
apparently, celebs are above the law............. and they must think that nothing could ever happen to them, no accidents or anything, because they are celebrities.................poor baby......
seriously? she's sitting in his lap in a KAYAK. Its not a car zooming down the road. i beleive there is a slight difference here.
Come on!!! When did TMZ and their staff become perfect in every way. This can't possibly be news worthy. Even TMZ has said they are good parents.
Well, I have to admit that it is dangerous without a life vest on Coco Puffs. As a parent that would be my concern also.
And you compare them to Britney, come on TMZ, get over yourself!!
COME ON. Riding with tater tot on your lap in a moving vehicle is very different. It MUST be a VERY slow day. Hopefully Brit will come back to the USA soon so you can find some more material
XOXO = obnoxious... you'll be taken more seriously if you'd quit posting things in that manner. Knock it off
